This was the first time I ordered a reconditioned product since I simply did not have the money to buy it out right.....and also did not want another failing machine made by a different manufacturer...Well when I opened the manufacturer box I found a machine that looked just like brand new and also works like new.....save your self the money....I'll be getting another one next month so I don't have to carry it up and down the stairs.
