I love this product for it's size and suction power. However, I use it a mostly on carpet and it takes some effort since it is not a power-driven machine. The main issue I had was with the main tube, as I use this canister very often (at least weekly - sometimes more) and the tubing split after the first few months (again, heavy use, but still…).  I highly recommend this. I love the dial up or down feature for the power suction and I appreciate the HEPA filter/bag system.
