product good April 18, 2013 : Janel Keyser from Leesburg, VA United States   My order was fine except I received an additional item that I didn't order.  When I contacted customer service they said to throw it away because it was too much effort for them to return it.  The last three times I've ordered from Discount Cleaning products - there has been an issue of some sort.  If I can find another company to order from, I will do that going forward. Hoover Floor Brush March 20, 2013 : Anonymous Person from Tyler, TX United States   Evidently this brush is primarily for use on floors, because it is extremely difficult to push on a rug. It does work well on floors however. Hoover also makes a different  brush with a lever to switch back and forth between rug and floor that works much better on rugs because the brushes are spring loaded, whereas the brushes on this model are stationary. However, the other brush is about twice the price of this one. Had I known the difference beforehand, I would have purchased the dual mode brush model since most of my vacuuming is on rugs.
