Great customer service! November 29, 2022 : Donas Singleton from INDIANAPOLIS, IN United States   I ordered the carpet extractor after getting several estimates from various companies.  I was skeptical when ordering thinking the pricing was too good to be true.  The product was shipping direct from manufacture and I was told 2-3 weeks.  We received it within 5 business days!  The customer service was excellent and the product is amazing!
