Bags fit very snug. August 10, 2012 : Thomas Anastasio from Maricopa, AZ United States   After getting a call back from an engineer at hoover (no procedure in vac manual or on BP bag packaging), I was able to wrestle this paper BP bag OVER the cloth bag in my c2401 should vac. They are tough to go on but the paper is fiber reinforced so it does not rip.  These paper "liners" are great because cleaning out the included cloth filter is a huge dusty mess. Hoover Backpack paper filters (7 pack) June 6, 2012 : Jim S from Douglasville, GA United States   I like the filters but don't understandy why they cannot be sold in bulk.  When you have 30 of these backpack vacuum cleaners a filter 7 pack just doesn't cut it.  How about selling these filters in bulk!
