I ordered these along with purchase of a Hoover Guardsman 1431 upright. I've had the machine about 2 weeks now. Bags are exact fit, and perform exactly as I expected them to. They appear to be true allergy bags, or else I would be sneezing by now. Also, outer bag on this vacuum is also allergy rated so as to provide an extra filtration stage. Suction is continuous because the vacuum is a pump-up type rather than draw-through.
