Dustless Dustless DustDroid 300 HEPA Vacuum Vac System
The Dustless DustDroid 300 is powerful commercial tool for heavy duty cleanup.The DustDroid 300 uses an industrial 120v motor which pull an astonishing 300 CFM - more than double the strongest wet dry vacuum. This suction works great for a large walk behind polisher, a small to medium walk behind grinder, or up to 3 hand grinders for dust collection in industrial settings. The two tanks hold 20 and 30 gallons each and are easily cleaned out by using the included bags. Dustless HEPA filters are individually certified and serialized. Using particle testing, they’ve been laboratory tested to be compliant with OSHA and EPA laws for hazardous material containment. Your health and the health of your workers will be protected, and your company can meet laws for silica, lead, asbestos, and hexavalent chromium removal, avoiding tens of thousands of fines and legal actions by OSHA and EPA inspectors. The OSHA Silica Rule compliant AirBlast system is used to clean the filters without opening the unit. It functions by using a manually operated plate that diverts air back through the filters, using the intense air flow to purge the filters. AirBender technology prevents filter clogging by using a cyclone to divert 98% of air into a collection tank before it can reach the filters, reducing filter cleaning cycles by 10 times, extending the life of the filters, and allowing it to suck up commercial amounts of dust.
